Originally from Kanku Mural from SoluKhumbu region Dawa Chhiring has been guiding Kailash himalaya trek trips since the last ten years. He started as a porter and then rose up the ranks to a Sherpa and then became a english Speaking guide. His story does not end here. His passion for the mountains and attention to detail makes him a great travel companion. Safety of the client is of utmost importance to him. While guiding in the mountains a client fell ill in a very isolated place and without thinking about his own safety Dawa Chhiring carried the client on his shoulders and rescued him. As a sign of appreciation he was able to spend two years in english where he learnt to speak english fluently. He has travelled extensively in the Himalayas and knows it like the back of his hand.
